Job summary

Real Salt Lake is seeking a part-time Events Assistant to support gameday operations at America First Field. You will help with setup and teardown for home games for Real Salt Lake and Utah Royals FC, assist with daily operations, and manage equipment across events in a fast-paced stadium environment.

Flexibility is required with evening and weekend shifts, and there is potential for increased pay at private events and future managerial responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Availability to work flexible weekday hours and non-flexible gameday hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gameday setup and teardown for large events at America First Field (AFF).
• Support daily operational tasks at AFF.
• Move, set up, teardown, and store equipment for events at AFF.
• Maintain cleanliness of operational spaces throughout the stadium.
• Participate in improvement and upgrade projects within the stadium.
• Potential for increased pay and managerial roles at additional private events.
