Buffalo Wild Wings in New Orleans is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations at our New Orleans location. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, team culture, and top-line growth in a high-energy sports dining environment.

The role demands hands-on leadership of FOH and BOH, strong P&L management, and mentorship of managers and staff. We offer a base salary in the $65k–$70k range plus a monthly bonus, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of General Management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or sports bar environment.
• Proven success managing P&L, inventory, food costs, and labor metrics.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Availability to work standard hospitality hours, including evenings, weekends, and major sporting event dates.

Responsabilités

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations to ensure top-tier guest service, food quality, and sports bar atmosphere.
• Team Development: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor team members and assistant managers, fostering an engaging, accountable, and high-retention workplace.
• Financial Management: Drive sales growth, manage food and labor costs, control operating expenses, and hit targeted P&L metrics.
• Brand Standards: Ensure strict compliance with all brand guidelines, health department regulations, safety protocols, and sanitation standards.
• Local Engagement: Execute gameday promotions, local marketing initiatives, and community events to keep guests coming back.
