Job summary

Walk-On's Knoxville is seeking a part-time Server to deliver championship-level service in a fast-paced, gameday atmosphere. You’ll take orders, run food, handle takeout, and ensure a friendly, energetic guest experience while following Walk-On's steps of service.

Must be 18+ and able to stand, walk, and carry trays. English literacy is required. Previous restaurant experience is welcome but not required—we’ll train the right teammate for nights, weekends, and gameday events.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and meet state alcohol service requirements.
• English language literacy for reading training materials.
• Restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, carry trays, and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate orders and provide prompt service.
• Welcome guests, seat them, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Run food, clear tables, and maintain clean dining areas.
• Handle takeout orders and To-Go service.
• Process payments and operate the POS system.
• Support teammates and management as needed.
