AdventHealth Sports Park at Bluhawk in Overland Park, KS, is seeking an Operations Team Member for part-time shifts. You will deliver excellent guest service, support event operations and keep facilities well-maintained for game days and daily use.

Responsibilities

• Perform operating procedures related to events and programs.
• Support gameday operations for home events.
• Assist in preventative maintenance tasks.
• Monitor vendor performance quality and communicate issues.
• Greet guests and stakeholders per Guest 1st Service standards.
• Act as liaison between venue and guests.
• Keep buildings clean, safe and guest-ready.
• Maintain department asset inventory.
• Ensure game day equipment is functioning properly.
• Follow facility and SFM policies and health/safety laws.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
• Supervise basketball courts and turf during daytime activity.
