Oak View Group seeks a Director of Live Production to lead gameday presentation for Northwestern University football and basketball at New Ryan Field and Welsh Ryan Arena. You will direct concept development, scripting, rehearsals, and show calling while managing staff, budgets, and third-party events.

The role requires 5-7+ years in game presentation or live events, a relevant degree, and strong leadership, with a salary of $115,000–$120,000 plus bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Degree in live event production or related field.
• Experience leading game presentation and live events.
• Strong ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop memorable gameday moments and energize fan experience.
• Lead entrances, opening sequences, music, lighting, and fan prompts.
• Oversee show planning, scripts, rundowns, rehearsals, and contingency plans.
• Collaborate on intro videos, hype content, and assets with teams and partners.
• Advise leadership on fan experience and industry trends.
• Recruit, train, and manage event-day staff and crews.
• Oversee stadium systems, graphics, audio, and show-control readiness.
• Integrate partner activations while balancing pacing and audience experience.
• Provide production oversight for concerts, commencements, and rentals.
• Manage budgets and relationships with production vendors and partners.
