Job summary

The Florida Panthers Hockey Club is seeking motivated individuals to join the Gameday Crew, supporting broadcast control room operations during home games and events at Amerant Bank Arena, Sunrise, FL.

Under the VP, Game Entertainment & Operations, crew members operate multiple control room positions in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate timing, clear communication, and professional execution of show elements.

Qualifications

• Experience in live broadcast control rooms is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate control room positions as assigned during home games and arena events.
• Adapt quickly to fast-paced, live production decisions and maintain show continuity.
• Communicate clearly with game-night staff via intercom/headset throughout events.
• Set up, operate, and break down audio, video, camera, or lighting equipment for each event.
• Follow run-of-show guidance from Game Entertainment leadership and production leads.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues to maintain broadcast quality and timing.
