About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor and solution architect for our clients. You will empower game studios by leveraging and extending the Pragma Platform through custom development, acting as an integral part of their development team. Your focus will be on backend systems and game client development, providing expert guidance, hands-on support, and tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical challenges, project goals, and workflows.

2. Guide clients through the technical implementation of the Pragma Platform, providing support, code examples, and best practices.

3. Design and develop custom solutions, including extending the Pragma Platform and creating backend and frontend components for game clients as needed.

4. Identify potential roadblocks and proactively offer solutions to optimize platform use and development processes.

5. Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for clients on platform features and custom solutions.

6. Advocate for client needs within Pragma, gathering feedback and contributing to product improvements.

7. Document best practices, create technical resources, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• Proven game development experience, including backend technologies (cloud platforms, databases, APIs) and game client development (game engines like Unreal or Unity, gameplay programming, UI).

• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and build collaborative relationships.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

• Customer-centric mindset to understand and exceed client expectations.

• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adjust to evolving needs.
