Job summary

Boys & Girls Club is seeking a part-time Game Room Supervisor in Deerfield Beach, FL. You will plan and conduct a varied program, guide members informally, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the Game Room.

Responsibilities include organizing weekly activities, orientating new members, promoting participation, and ensuring equipment is safe and ready for use. Local travel may be involved, with accommodations consideration as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and conduct games and activities.
• Enforce Boys & Girls Club Rules and Policies fairly.
• High energy level and multi-tasking in activity spaces.

Responsibilities

• Plan a weekly Game Room Program with written plans.
• Organize and conduct the Game Room Program.
• Orientate new members to the Game Room.
• Promote Game Room Activities and encourage participation.
• Encourage engagement of members.
• Keep all equipment in good repair and ready for play.
• Keep area clean and in order.
• Assist with other Boys & Girls Club activities and events as assigned.
• Participate in Staff Meetings and Conferences.
