Shaw Industries Group in Adairsville, GA is seeking a Reliability Technician A/B for the second shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm) to support the Game On Turf production line. You will maintain and repair equipment, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

The ideal candidate will be proactive in troubleshooting, skilled with mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and able to document maintenance activities in the CMMS (Sharp).

Qualifications

• Proficient in plant lubrication practices, oil sampling and lubrication selection.
• Ability to read exploded mechanical views and dimension drawings.
• Experience with belt/chain drive systems, shaft alignment and wear troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of hydraulic fluids, filters and components maintenance.
• Competent in pneumatic components, valves, filters and diagnostic checks.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and repair assigned equipment while actively participating in root cause analysis to resolve machinery issues. This position involves identifying corrective actions and implementing solutions to prevent recurring equipment failures.
