Job summary

Breakout Games in Oklahoma City is seeking a friendly Game Master to welcome guests, introduce their experience, and guide them through exciting puzzles. You’ll help ensure everyone has a memorable time by staying positive and attentive.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team, run multiple games per shift, provide clues when guests are stuck, and help reset rooms for the next group. Strong communication and basic tech skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and give an exciting introduction to their experience.
• Run games for guests.
• Provide helpful clues and cues when guests ask for help.
• Celebrate wins with guests and stay positive regardless of outcome.
• Help create lasting memories with groups.
• Reset rooms for the next escape artist.
• Speak with guests in-person and over the phone.
• Perform other day-to-day functions as directed by the General Manager.

• Love puzzles, riddles, and/or escape rooms
• Problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills (can articulate yourself well)
• Basic technology skills (computer skills, emailing, etc.)

• Can sit for extended periods of time and focus for up to an hour at a time
• Can lift 30 lbs., reach, squat, kneel, climb a ladder, etc.

Starting Pay

$12.00 - $13.00 hourly
