Job summary

Jobgether, an AI-powered job matching platform, is seeking a seasoned professional to own the discovery and evaluation of mobile game concepts, blending market knowledge, gameplay expertise, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will research the mobile gaming market, identify promising games with internal AI systems, and clearly explain why a concept should be pursued or rejected, considering gameplay, visuals, marketability, and competitors. This role offers fully remote work and strong autonomy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the gaming industry in roles such as Game Designer, Producer, Product Manager, or Publishing Manager.
• Strong knowledge of the mobile gaming market and UA metrics (CTR, CPI, ROAS).
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete data; experience with mobile publishing or market intelligence tools is a plus.

• Compare predictions with real-world test results to identify discrepancies and refine evaluation frameworks.
• Develop and prioritize improvements for internal AI tools, and create concise game briefs and mini-GDDs for successful concepts.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in the gaming industry in roles such as Game Designer, Producer, Product Manager, or Publishing Manager.
• Strong understanding of the mobile gaming market and solid grasp of user acquisition metrics like CTR, CPI, and ROAS.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete data, and experience with mobile publishing, creative testing, or market intelligence tools is a plus.
