Vira Games, an independent mobile game developer and publisher, is seeking a seasoned Game Designer / Product Manager to drive idea evaluation and concept briefs. You will research market opportunities, evaluate gameplay and monetization, and guide concepts through testing.

You will collaborate with AI tooling, coordinate with developers, and create clear short-form briefs and mini-GDDs. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in the game industry.
• Experience as Game Designer/Producer/PM.
• Strong understanding of mobile market, core gameplay, monetization.
• Familiarity with UA metrics (CTR, CPI, ROAS).
• Ability to document clearly and concisely.
• Comfort using AI tools in workflow.

Responsibilities

• Research the market to find promising games, mechanics, and product opportunities
• Use internal AI systems to search and analyze game concepts
• Evaluate game ideas and determine which should proceed to testing
• Analyze gameplay, visuals, marketability, and competitors
• Compare predictions with real test results to identify discrepancies
• Develop and refine criteria for evaluating game ideas
• Formulate hypotheses for improving AI tools and coordinate with developers
• Prepare short game briefs and mini-GDDs based on successful concepts
