Game Designer with Business Analysis Experience
We are looking for a Game Designer to join our team.

About the project:
- Client from the USA, developing an open-world third-person shooter.
- Collaborative team including client-side and PA-side members: Project Manager, Business Analyst, Art, QA, Developers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop game concepts, GDD, process client requests, and coordinate team tasks.
- Analyze RFPs, break down tasks into WBS, and provide estimates.
- Create and pitch game ideas, design game mechanics, and document progress.
- Manage multiple projects, review team work, and select audio assets.
- Collaborate with PMs and team members to achieve project goals.
- Participate in meetings, reporting, and client coordination.
- Plot game concepts, create wireframes, GDDs, SRS, and balance game mechanics.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial game design experience.
- Strong skills in game design documentation and monetization systems.
- Excellent communication skills, including English (C1).
- Understanding of development and art processes.
- Knowledge of outsourcing workflows.
- Experience with 3D gaming and familiarity with game audio resources.
Preferred:
- Experience managing work schedules.
- Familiarity with asset sourcing tools.
