• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-disciplinary teams.

• Collaborate to ideate, prototype, and implement gameplay features that enhance player experience for LoL, TFT or VALORANT.
• Analyze game mechanics and systems to identify areas of improvement.

• Actively participate in playtests and feedback sessions, using data to iterate designs.
• Communicate clearly with cross-disciplinary teams to align vision.
