Job summary

Qualifications

• Опыт разработки игр в роли гейм-дизайнера, level-дизайнера, креатив-производера, креативного сценариста или смежной роли, включая коммерческий опыт, академические проекты или личные проекты
• Сильный интерес к гейм-маркетингу, дизайну игр и игровой индустрии
• Портфолио по играм: прототипы, playable ads или другие готовые проекты
• Желательно: визуальное чутье, базовое понимание композиции, цвета, ритма и визуального повествования, образование, базовое владение Unity или другими движками (Unreal Engine, Godot, RPG Maker)

Responsibilities

Playrix is a mobile game development company whose games have been installed 2.3 billion times and are played by more than 30 million people every day. Its Marketing Creatives team creates game creatives, experiments with new formats, and sets trends across the performance marketing industry.

Задачи:

• Brainstorm ideas and analyze market trends with the team
• Create playable ads under the guidance of experienced colleagues
• Analyze the performance of launched creatives
• Develop ideas for new iterations
• Continue developing ideas and game mechanics for playable ads during the probation period
• Analyze market trends and creative performance to identify opportunities for improvement

Требования:

• Experience in game development as a Game Designer, Level Designer, Creative Producer, Creative Writer, or in a related role, including commercial experience, academic projects, or personal projects
• Strong interest in game marketing, game design, and the gaming industry
• A portfolio showcasing game-related work, such as prototypes, playable ads, or other completed projects
• Nice to have: A good visual eye, a basic understanding of composition, color, rhythm, and visual storytelling, a degree in a relevant field, basic familiarity with Unity or other game engines such as Unreal Engine, Godot, or RPG Maker
