Job summary

Wargaming ищет дизайнера игр с 2+ годами опыта, способного владеть фичами на всем цикле разработки — от идеи до анализа пост-релиза.

Кандидат будет разрабатывать метагейм и core-системы, работать с командами разработки, аналитики, UX/UI, арт и уровней, опираться на поведение игроков и Live-данные для обоснования решений.

Qualifications

• 2+ года профессионального опыта в гейм-дизайне
• Опыт владения фичами и ответственности за крупные проекты
• Сильные общие навыки гейм-дизайна и документирования сложных систем
• Понимание метагейм-систем, прогрессии, режимов и долгосрочной вовлеченности игроков
• Понимание F2P-дизайна и связи ядра, метагейма и вовлеченности
• Умение работать в живом продукте и взаимодействовать с ограничениями технологии, дизайна и продакшна
• Отличные коммуникационные и коллаборативные навыки между дисциплинами
• Преимущество: опыт World of Tanks, дизайна клановых/социальных систем, Live Ops

Responsibilities

• Владение фичами на всех стадиях: формулировка задачи, дизайн, реализация, релиз, анализ и итерации
• Дизайн и развитие систем метагейма и основных механик
• Сотрудничество с командами разработки, аналитики, UX, UI, артом и дизайном уровней
• Использование данных поведения игроков и Live-данных для проверки гипотез и принятия решений

Задачи

• Own features end-to-end, from problem definition and design through implementation, release, analysis, and further iteration


• Design and develop metagame and core gameplay systems


• Collaborate with development, analytics, UX, UI, art, level design, and other game design teams


• Use player behavior, statistics, research, and live-game data to validate assumptions and drive design decisions

Требования

• 2+ Years of professional Game Design experience


• Proven experience with feature ownership and responsibility for large features


• Strong generalist Game Design skills, including designing and documenting large, interconnected systems


• Strong understanding of metagame systems, progression, competitive modes, social/clan systems, or other long-term player engagement mechanics


• Strong understanding of F2P game design and the relationship between core gameplay, metagame, progression, and long-term engagement


• Ability to work within an established live product and its technical, design, production, and legacy constraints


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multiple disciplines and stakeholders


• NICE TO HAVE: significant hands‑on experience with World of Tanks, experience designing clan/social systems, ranked or competitive modes, endgame systems, progression, or other complex metagame features, data‑driven game development, defining metrics, working with analytics, evaluating feature performance, Live Ops, post-release feature development, established live-service/F2P games, prototyping, rapid iteration.
