Applicants should have 3+ years designing party and multiplayer games, a post-secondary degree in game design, strong English communication, and a collaborative spirit ready to iterate through playtests and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in game design, preferably including multiplayer or party games.
• Bachelor's degree or certificate in game design or related field.
• Proven experience designing party games, social games, or multiplayer experiences.
• Working knowledge of how LLMs can be used to create novel gameplay and conversational AI characters.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
