Job summary

Green Bay Packers is seeking a Stadium Security Associate to assist in all aspects of security at Lambeau Field. The role involves monitoring fans and specific areas to maintain safety during events.

You will be responsible for interacting with guests, following game day policies, and responding to incidents. Applicants should be 16+, with strong communication skills and the ability to work varied shifts, including playoffs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist injured/handicapped persons in use of wheelchair.
• Experience operating a hand-held radio; portable fire extinguisher is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lambeau Field game day policies and procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fans and specific areas to ensure safety during events.
• Interact with all guests with strong communication skills.
• Be available for all home Packers games, including postseason.
• Deal with uncooperative or intoxicated persons.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills in dynamic situations.
