Job summary

LECOM HarborCenter is hiring a Scorekeeper to manage game time clocks, keep score, and perform public-address announcements and DJ duties. The role includes ushering at special events and delivering excellent guest service with accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hockey preferred.
• Takes initiative and seeks excellence.
• Clear verbal and written communication required.
• Attention to detail and timely follow-through essential.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Time clock management per game.
• Maintain score of assigned games and report accurately.
• Operate PA system for announcements and DJ duties.
• Act as usher during special events.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Other duties as assigned.
