Job summary

HarborCenter, LLC in Buffalo, NY seeks a Scorekeeper to accurately operate the time clock and scoresheet, and to manage PA announcements and DJ duties during games and events. You may also assist with videography, ushering and related duties as scheduled.

Games run about 1.5 hours. A flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends and holidays is required. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with prior customer service and hockey knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexibility to work weeknights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hockey preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the time clock per game accurately.
• Maintain score of assigned games and report correctly.
• Operate the PA system for public announcements and DJ duties.
• Act as an usher during special events.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and assist as needed.
