Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age (State Minor Laws Supersede).
• Kitchen experience is helpful, but we can train the right person.
• Preferred: restaurant or retail experience.
• Food Handler Certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items like wings, burgers, and more.
• Slice, dice, grill, fry, and sauce with accuracy and speed.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work with your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Help with prep, stocking, and closing duties.
• Duties may change from time to time.
