Job summary

LOVB Nebraska is seeking a Fan Experience & Engagement Intern to help create engaging match-day experiences for our volleyball fans. You will work with the Manager of Fan Experience & Engagement on promotions, fan activations, entertainment, community events, and game presentation.

The role requires strong communication, reliable teamwork, and creativity. You’ll recruit and lead the College Crew, interact with fans, support community outreach, and gain hands-on experience in a professional

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
Preferred fields: Sport Management, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related.
Junior or Senior preferred, underclassmen welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing the overall match day entertainment experience.
Support in-game promotions, fan activations, entertainment elements, scripts, and music selection.
Identify and secure match day talent and guests.
Coordinate on‑court ceremonies and player appearances before/during/after matches.
Assist with match day setup and teardown and ensure smooth execution.
