Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Directs traffic entering and exiting the venue and verifies tickets, wristbands, and badges.
• Allows entry into each venue following policies and procedures of different venues and events.
• Gives guests directions and information to enhance their entertainment experience.
• Greet guests warmly and thank them sincerely when interactions end.
