Job summary

The University of Nebraska at Omaha is seeking part-time Athletics Communications staff to record statistics for basketball, baseball, hockey, soccer, softball and volleyball using NCAA Live Stats, Genius Sports, PrestoSports and StatCrew.

Candidates should be able to work nights and weekends, understand sport-specific statistics, and be comfortable with a computer and statistical programs. Prior experience is preferred, but beginners are welcome to apply at UNO.

Qualifications

• Must understand statistics rules for each sport.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Preference given to those with prior experience; beginners welcome.
• Be comfortable using a computer and statistical programs.

Responsibilities

• Input or call every statistical occurrence at assigned athletic events using StatCrew or other system.
• Record statistics for multiple sports as assigned.
• Ensure accuracy of data entered during games.
