Job summary

FE Concepts, LLC. in Garland, TX is seeking a person to perform preventive maintenance on arcade games, bowling lanes, and attractions under the guidance of the Tech Services Manager. You will assist guests and team members with issues affecting play areas and help ensure smooth operation.

Role requires physical work including standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and ladder use, with background checks and E-verify to follow company policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM on games, lanes and bowling areas, and attractions per the Tech Services Manager (TSM).
• Assist guests and TM's with game, lane, and attraction problems and report/resolve issues.
• Maintain games, lanes, and attractions; assist safety and functionality as needed.
• Maintain uniform standards and communicate needs to TSM and Fun Manager.
• Assist as needed in other areas as requested; uphold professional appearance.

Primary Job Duties

• Report and resolve game, lane, and attraction problems
• Maintain games, lanes, and attractions
• Assist safety and functionality of the attractions as needed
• Maintain part par levels and communicate needs to TSM and Fun Manager
• Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager
• Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Must be comfortable climbing on a ladder
• Must be able to communicate with guests and deliver safety instructions

Special Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Obtain training certification per company policy
