Job description

Summary of Position:

Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival to attractions areas. Manage the efficient, friendly and timely gaming concerns of our guests. Suggestively sell more gaming play to maximize revenues. Understand basic gaming malfunction corrective actions.

PAY RATE: $13/HR

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Smile! Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival.
  • Help guests in game play questions.
  • Help guests in game play malfunctions.
  • Understand the Intercard system (redemption prizing)
  • Understand the Sync POS system
  • Able to maintain multiple guest transactions at one time without frustration
  • When immediate availability is limited, graciously state that you will be right with them.
  • Understand operation of floor iTeller including cash vs bonus points
  • Accommodate special requests for guests whenever possible.
  • Clean and maintain area on an ongoing basis. No clutter.
  • Wipe down games thoroughly daily.
  • Manage down games in a timely manner. Log issues nightly.
  • Do not give out points without following procedures.
  • Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
Qualifications:
  • Needs basic mechanical aptitude.
  • Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
  • Possess basic math skills and the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (from 4 to 8 hours).
  • Be able to walk and be “on your feet” for long periods of time (from 4 to 8 hours).
  • Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Must adhere to the established appearance guidelines.
  • Must be friendly, outgoing and love working with children.
