Responsibilities

• Review and maintain Confluence docs for legal request pipelines.
• Document requirements, workflows, and decision points for asset clearance.
• Assist with coordinating acquisition of graphics, textures, assets, and related materials with required legal reviews.
• Track action items and communicate project updates across teams to support asset clearance.
• Identify, catalog, and document game assets in Insomniac’s asset management system.
• Support cross‑functional coordination of asset management and production workflows.
