The Denver Art Museum is seeking a part-time Gallery Host I to assist visitors across the galleries, ensuring a welcoming experience while protecting artworks and maintaining safety standards.
Role requires high school diploma, 18+, and strong communication skills; Spanish bilingual applicants are encouraged. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends may apply, with training provided.

Gallery Host I, Part-Time Temporary (Non-Exempt)
Gallery Host I is positioned throughout galleries and other public areas of the Denver Art Museum. They keep people and objects safe, make all visitors feel welcomed and well cared for, and help visitors experience the museum in ways that will engage, delight, and inspire them.
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Visitor Operations.
Position type: This position is not covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement with AFSCME-CWU.
Pay: The hiring hourly range for the position is $19.29 – $23.75 /hr, based on experience. A $0.50 language differential is available for hours worked for candidates who have Spanish speaking proficiency.
