Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license or a Florida-licensed HHA certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Social Security card is required.
• Health statement within 6 months confirming no communicable diseases.
• CEUs: 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS, 2 hours Self Administered Medication.
