Job summary

Levy, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Sous Chef at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indiana. The role leads kitchen operations, delivers high-quality cuisine, and drives cost goals while upholding company vision and values.

The Sous Chef will establish quality standards, manage team execution, and support sales through product selection and competitive pricing. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in culinary management.
• Sports/Entertainment or high-volume experience preferred.
• Culinary degree preferred.
• High computer literacy and understanding of financial concepts.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a culinary management position
