Qualifications

• 2-5 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred.
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and lookups.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger reconciliations and journal entries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and variance analysis.
• Investigate discrepancies and unusual transactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve reporting efficiency.
• Assist with internal and external audits and documentation.
• Document accounting procedures and best practices.
