Job summary

Stellantis Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Tool & Process Engineer who will drive tooling process development for new vehicle programs, designing and implementing tooling solutions and working with Industrial Engineering, Ergonomics, GA and manufacturing plants.

The role collaborates with plant trades and production teams to improve performance and quality in General Assembly, supporting SPW and WCT initiatives such as workplace organization, logistics, and focused problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a related technical discipline and 3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of TeamCenter, AMPs, and MEDDS.
• Ability to manage tooling implementation.
• Budgeting experience.
• Being Creative and innovative in tooling design.

Responsibilities

• Develop tooling processes for new vehicle programs and implement designs.
• Collaborate with Industrial Engineering, Ergonomics, GA and the manufacturing plants to improve processes.
• Support SPW and WCT initiatives such as workplace organization, logistics and focus problem solving.
