Job summary

Acquire4Hire is seeking a dedicated early childhood educator to teach and care for 4-5 year olds, developing age-appropriate lesson plans to support growth and development.

Responsibilities include preparing records and reports, communicating clearly in writing and speech, and collaborating with the Lead Teacher. A background check is required; CDA/Para-Pro or higher credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• CDA or recognized child care credential preferred.
• Experience or training in early childhood education.
• Ability to relate positively with young children, parents, staff and management.

About This Role

Experience working with children must be dependable, energetic, and nurturing. Qualifications: CDA, Para‑Pro, AA, BA/BS Degree, ECE, or related field. You must be able to relate positively with young children, parents, staff and management. Must meet and comply with the requirements of child care regulatory agencies: BFTS, Quality Rated, and NAEYC.

What You’ll Do

Teach and work with children 4-5 years old, develop age‑appropriate lesson plans to foster growth and development.

• Prepare records and reports
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Work cooperatively with Lead Teacher
