East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania (ESU) in Northeastern Pennsylvania invites applications for the Graduate Assistant position in the Exercise Science-Strength and Conditioning department. The GA will assist in instruction, design and monitoring of strength and conditioning programs, collaborating with head coaches to tailor workouts and monitor progression

Qualifications

• Acceptance into MS in Exercise Science program.
• NSCA CSCS certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Instruction and training to develop sport-specific strength and conditioning skills.
• Collaborate with head coaches to ensure athletes' strength and conditioning needs are met.
• Design, monitor, and evaluate training programs and athlete progress.
