Job summary

Million Air Lubbock is seeking a skilled General Aviation A&P Mechanic to join our maintenance team. You will perform maintenance, inspections, repairs, and alterations on a variety of general aviation aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.

This role requires strong understanding of aircraft systems, troubleshooting, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Ideal candidates have a valid FAA A&P certificate and at least 3 years of hands-on experience, with

Qualifications

Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required.
Minimum of 3+ years experience as an A&P mechanic in general aviation.
Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections (annual, 100-hour, etc.), repairs, and alterations on airframes, engines, propellers, and components.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system malfunctions and ensure proper function.
Document all work accurately in maintenance logs and records.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment and proper safety practices.
Communicate status and findings with pilots, customers, and team members.
