Job summary

CAE is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Training Instructor based in Savannah to support the Gulfstream G700 training program. You will deliver classroom and hands-on maintenance training, using aircraft, devices, and simulations, while administering assessments and maintaining records.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, FAA A&P or equivalent, and strong English communication. Travel up to 30–40% and collaboration across global teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Hands-on aircraft maintenance experience (Gulfstream G700 preferred).
• Ability to work independently and in a diverse global team.

Responsibilities

• Develops initial G700 maintenance training.
• Delivers classroom and hands-on training using aircraft, training devices, and simulations.
• Administers theoretical and practical assessments.
• Maintains training records for customer training activities.
• Acts as SME in instructor materials and courseware.
• Supports development of new training courses and modules.
• Prepares training environments and materials before delivery.
• Maintains proficiency and completes recurrent training.
• Delivers professional, engaging, customer-focused learning.
• Collaborates with internal teams to improve training programs.
