Job summary

Pilot Assessments in Richmond, VA seeks an experienced Captain to command the G280 under Part 91/135, ensuring top safety and client service. You will lead preflight planning, verify airworthiness, and maintain currency through recurrent training.

Collaborating with dispatch, flight ops, and ground teams, you will provide discreet service to high-net-worth clients while traveling frequently. Home base: Richmond, VA (KFCI).

Qualifications

• FAA ATP certificate and First-Class Medical.
• 5,000 total flight hours with 2,000 PIC and 2,000 multi-engine.
• G280 type rating preferred; 250 hours on type preferred.
• Previous Part 91 and/or Part 135 experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation safety standards.
• Leadership, communication and client etiquette with high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Captain the G280 in compliance with FAA regs and SOPs.
• Lead preflight planning: weather, NOTAMs, fuel, routing, weight-and-balance.
• Verify airworthiness and documents before each leg.
• Provide CRM across flight phases and coordinate with crew and dispatch.
• Deliver discreet, professional service to high-net-worth clients.
• Maintain currency through recurrent training and checks.
• Postflight logs and safety reports; support scheduling needs.
• Perform duties as assigned by Chief Pilot or Director of Operations.
