Job description

Responsible for the design and development of voice, video, radio frequency, and/or data communications networks.

Responsible for designing, planning, implementing, and administering databases, including security, access, and documentation.

Designs, develops, builds, analyzes, evaluates, installs, and administers database management systems, including database modeling and design, relational database architecture, metadata and repository creation, and configuration management.

Designs and implements databases with respect to access methods, access time, batch processes, device allocation, validation checks, organization, ETL tasks, protection and security, documentation, and statistical methods.

May provide technical consulting in the definition, design, and creation of a database environment.

Analyzes customer requirements and provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
