Innovative Machine in Winchester, NH is seeking a skilled G-code/Conversational CNC Machinist to join our precision shop. You will set up, program, and operate mills and lathes, interpret blueprints and GD&T, and collaborate with the team to meet tight tolerances and production schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNC Machinist with G-code programming preferred.
• Experience with Hurco, Haas, Fanuc or similar conversational controls.
• Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of speeds, feeds, tooling, and workholding techniques.
• Experience with precision measurement and inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines using G-code and conversational programming.
• Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs for mills and/or lathes.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
• Perform in-process inspection using calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make offsets/adjustments to maintain tight tolerances.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
