Job summary

Viridian Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of G&A Applications to lead the strategy, implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the G&A application portfolio.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and HR to align technology with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The role is based at our Waltham, MA headquarters with in-office work three days a week, reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Applications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, business, or life sciences
• Experience with G&A systems like NetSuite, Agiloft, ADP Workforce Now, Concur
• Experience leading large, regulated implementations (GxP, SOX, 21 CFR Part 11)
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance to deliver scalable G&A solutions
• Lead strategy, implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of G&A apps
• Act as technical lead for G&A systems and primary escalation point
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to deployment
• Maintain roadmaps and vendor management for G&A platforms
