FYZICAL Fort Lee is seeking a Full-Time CLINICAL DIRECTOR / PHYSICAL THERAPIST.

The Clinical Director oversees all clinical operations, including clinical governance, activities, and patient care services. This role involves staff supervision, training, and managing patient care. Alongside maintaining an active patient load, the Director will lead staff and develop strategic objectives to enhance the clinic's effectiveness and productivity.

The position requires motivating and supporting the team, strengthening the clinic, and fostering our culture through a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to patient care and staff development.
