Position Overview

Private Client Services (PCS) is a growing practice within EY, focusing on serving privately held companies and their owners. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on technically demanding tax planning and compliance projects, supporting high-growth private companies, from startups to multibillion-dollar enterprises. You will be part of a global team, acting as a key contact for clients and colleagues, with support to develop your technical and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Review complex individual tax returns, including income tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and families
• Manage partnership tax compliance and S Corp tax compliance for private clients
• Work remotely within the US, with flexible hours discussed during the interview process

Skills and Qualifications

• Valid US CPA license or active state bar membership
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• At least 4 years of relevant tax compliance experience for private clients, partnerships, or S Corps
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with high-net-worth and complex tax returns, federal and state personal and trust income tax, estate, and wealth planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven excellence in tax accounting for financial statements with a top or mid-tier firm

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay range: $90/hr to $120/hr, with overtime eligibility. Salary factors include education, experience, skills, and location.
