Job summary

You will coordinate escalations and contribute to cross-team improvements across the trade lifecycle. You will handle moderately complex issues, document steps, and drive process enhancements while supporting automation to strengthen controls and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2 years in trade lifecycle operations, reconciliations, settlements, or related financial services.
• Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and apply structured problem solving.
• Strong analytical skills to detect patterns and validate information from multiple sources.
• Experience creating updates and materials for stakeholders using standard office tools.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-settlement trade breaks and client inquiries, prioritizing items to meet service and risk timelines.
• Investigate failed settlements and reconciliation differences, identifying root causes and next actions.
• Reconcile records across internal systems and data sources to resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with internal partners and external clients to drive resolution and provide updates.
• Escalate issues with documented facts, actions, and recommended paths to resolution.
• Identify recurring break themes and contribute to end-to-end process improvements.
• Support automation and workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and control.
