Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks an FX Operations Analyst in Pittsburgh, PA. The role supports the end-to-end FX trade lifecycle, including confirmations, cash processing, settlements, and client servicing. Onsite work with training provided on a one-year contract-to-hire basis.

You will monitor FX confirmations, ensure timely settlement, and coordinate with global teams to resolve discrepancies. A finance-related degree and strong organizational skills are required.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process FX trade confirmations and settlements.
• Ensure trades are accurately confirmed, funded, and settled on time.
• Follow up with clients and counterparties on outstanding confirmations and payments.
• Utilize matching platforms to resolve trade discrepancies.
• Complete daily controls, reconciliations, and operational checklists.
• Coordinate with global teams, including APAC, to ensure timely handoffs.
• Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative operations environment.
