Responsibilities

• Provides support on various projects and assignments as needed.
• Adheres to customer service standards.
• Assists in classrooms and labs, helping faculty and students as required.
• Assists students with basic computer access, MS Office and related programs.
• Help students log into the computer, print work, and reset passwords.
• Ensure labs are logged in and items are in order.
