Open Bank is seeking a FVP & Loan Officer IV to join the CLC III team in La Mirada, CA. The LO IV will oversee underwriting, documentation, processing, and maintenance of lending products and loan files, while guiding staff and ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires leading high-level credit analysis, managing client interactions, and maintaining regulatory standards. A BA with 7+ years in lending is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum seven years of experience in lending required.
• Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
• Accurate typing/keyboarding skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, core banking process systems, e-mail and on-line banking programs.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to lending staff, including mentoring loan officers and ensuring adherence to underwriting standards and best practices.
• Monitor and manage the performance of the loan portfolio, including credit quality, risk ratings, and delinquency trends, and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Identify, escalation, and manage problem loans, and coordinate appropriate action plans to minimize potential losses.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, including Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Bank Secrecy Act / AML requirements.

We are looking for a FVP & Loan Officer IVto join our CLC IIIteam at Open Bank! The Loan Officer IV (“LO”) is responsible for the underwriting, documentation, processing, and maintenance of lending products and loan files, as well as overseeing the department in underwriting.
