Macquarie Global Services is seeking a role focused on supporting top-day clearing activities across U.S. and European futures markets.

You will monitor clearing exceptions, collaborate with client solutions and reconciliations teams, and help maintain the integrity of books and records in a fast-paced, global environment. The ideal candidate has experience with futures clearing systems and a strong risk-management mindset, with a proven ability to identify gaps and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with futures clearing systems (ICE FEC, ECS, FEC+, LISA) and clear understanding of clearing processes.
• Background in Futures Operations, including trade lifecycle management and end-to-end processing (testing experience preferred).
• Strong risk management mindset to identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Ability to identify process gaps and drive improvements through problem-solving and analytical thinking.

What role will you play?

Join a high-performing global team delivering a seamless 24-hour futures clearing service to clients across U.S. and European markets. In this role, you will support top-day clearing activities across U.S. and European futures markets, ensuring accurate and timely trade processing. The position involves collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver a consistent, high-quality service model. You will also contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives across clearing workflows.

What you offer

• Experience with futures clearing systems (e.g., ICE FEC, ECS, FEC+, LISA) and strong understanding of clearing processes

Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based on factors including relevant experience, market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. This position may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, parental leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other employee benefits.
