Job summary

Fanatics Markets, the FCM subsidiary of Fanatics, is seeking a Compliance Analyst to translate regulatory requirements into actionable processes. The role offers exposure to regulatory monitoring, transaction surveillance, marketing review, and customer onboarding in a fast-paced, early-stage setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in futures/derivatives compliance, a solid grasp of CFTC/NFA rules, and strong written/verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of regulatory compliance and/or risk management in futures/derivatives/FCM environments.
• Foundational knowledge of CFTC regulations and NFA/exchange rules.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to summarize regulatory issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Implement regulatory guidance on event contracts, futures, swaps trading, and margin obligations.
• Monitor and interpret CFTC/NFA rule updates; assess impact and coordinate changes.
• Review monitoring alerts and resolve issues promptly.
• Track customer risk ratings and respond to complaints as needed.
• Review marketing materials for compliance; maintain a review log.
• Coordinate responses for regulatory inquiries and examinations.
