Millennium is seeking an experienced Quantitative Specialist in New York to develop electronic trading capabilities and build execution analysis tools. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in systematic execution and strong analytical skills.

The role involves partnering with trading technology, analyzing trading costs, and advising portfolio managers on market structure and execution quality. A competitive compensation package is offered including a base salary ranging from $145k to $200k.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in futures systematic execution, trading, or futures quantitative research.
• Experience in transaction cost analysis with cross-asset experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical reasoning skills.
