Citi is seeking an entry-level Futures and OTC Client Service Analyst in Jersey City, NJ. The role serves as the main contact for front-to-back operational client relationships, coordinating with Operations, Sales and front office to provide white-glove service.

Responsibilities include driving timely resolutions, supporting client automation, and ensuring risk and regulatory compliance. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of related experience are required.

• Resolve complex process problems which require an in-depth evaluation of basic securities processing procedures and industry standards
• Offer advanced solutions for assigned securities processing areas
• Drive client automation and decrease high risk manual touch points
• Serve as the client's expert for all items related to their futures clearing
• Provide white glove client service for the entire client relationship and ensure operational items are closed out on a timely basis
• Assist with the development of new processes that will focus on streamlining the client service team's tasks
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Futures and OTC Client Service Analyst is an entry level position responsible for managing the front to back operational client relationship for our Futures and OTC clearing clients. This often requires coordination with the other internal Operations, Sales and other members of front office.
